Our corporate clients mostly work on a project basis in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area. They usually arrive with only a suitcase and need not only furniture (such as bed, wardrobe, couch, desk, TV, etc), but also an inventory of the kitchen (such as pots, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, etc.). A washing machine / washer-dryer should also be available if possible.

6. You should check with the tenant at move-in if necessary. existing defects , condition of the furniture, fixtures, etc.
   record in a handover protocol. This will help you avoid unpleasant discussions upon return.
7. The date of moving out / return of your living space you agree with the tenant.
